Who is Blessed Child. If you are reading this statement you are Blessed Child. For years I’ve been saying Any Day Above Ground Is A Good Day For Me, I’m Blessed.

In the early 90’s while signed to Arista Records I started calling myself Blessed Child; a child of God who’s truly blessed. It wasn’t until years later after my grandmother Corine Herbert , affectionately known as Madea passed away that I would realize the affect that Blessed Child had on people. Grandma called me Bishup and said I was the one who would not only help my family, but I would also inspire and motivate the world.

Fast forward. A few years ago I started selling Blessed Child t shirts and snapbacks out of the trunk of my car. I knew that if I stayed true to myself as well as my customers they would continue to support me. It went from a t shirt to a brand. Thank you family, friends and loyal customers.
